Services

Starkey Digital provides web design and development, search engine optimisation (SEO), Google Business profile management, IT administration, and full stack application development. The specific scope of any engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.

Project Agreements

All projects begin with a formal proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Work does not commence until both parties have agreed to the proposal in writing. Changes to scope after agreement may affect the timeline and cost, which will be communicated and agreed before proceeding.

Payment Terms

For project-based work, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due on completion. The deposit amount and payment schedule are specified in the project proposal.

Monthly services (hosting, IT administration, ongoing SEO) are billed monthly in advance. Payment terms and amounts are agreed before the service commences.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the final deliverables produced for their project, including design files, source code, and content created specifically for them.

Starkey Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We also retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or reusable components developed independently of client projects.

Limitation of Liability

Starkey Digital provides services on a best-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or this website.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
